FAQs
Everything you need to successfully complete the program will be provided to you digitally. You can complete the program from anywhere with decent WiFi! This program is designed to fit into your daily life without adding any extra stress.
Yes! Kerry does run this program live a couple of times a year... the next group will begin on March 31st! But you can also start the program whenever you feel ready, and Kerry will be available to support you along the way. Once you've registered, simply email Kerry with your preferred start date, and she will set up your account accordingly, with 2-3 prep days ahead of your first official day of the program.
The average amount of calories range from 1400-1600 per day (except for the first 2 days). During the first 2 weeks, carbs are under 80 grams, and the last two weeks they are about 100 grams. Protein averages 100 grams per day. There are also specific recommendations for men and a guide on how to adjust the macros if needed within your success manual.
