Join our uplifting online Pilates community this April, and learn how to implement healthy lifestyle habits (that stick!) in a fun and sustainable way.

This challenge will include a 4 week results-driven Pilates program, as well as an optional 4 week nutrition program to compliment your Pilates practice and accelerate your results.

The entire challenge can be completed from the comfort of your own home, and you'll receive plenty of ongoing support from your health-savvy Pilates coach, Kerry (that's me!) as well as your fellow challengers.

What is The Spring Refresh Challenge?

This 4-Week Pilates Challenge is the perfect opportunity to stay consistent with your workouts while creating a healthy, strong, balanced, and flexible body.

For the Pilates portion on the challenge, we will practice 3x/week (online via Zoom) starting Tuesday, April 1st. Each class is designed to increase your energy, strengthen your muscles, and create more fluidity and flexibility in your joints. We'll work the upper body, core, & lower body during each session, for a well-rounded class every time. No muscle will be left behind!

Live online classes will always be recorded, so if you're unable to attend at the scheduled time, you can simply catch the replay and practice whenever it suits you best.

To enhance your challenge, you will also have the option to add an extensive nutrition plan to your Pilates program that will super-charge your energy and results. If you choose to add the nutrition plan to your challenge, you will start your meal plan on Monday, March 31st.

Live Zoom classes will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am PST // 11am EST

Nourishing November is a 3-week program, designed to help you implement a consistent Pilates routine in a fun & sustainable way.

We'll use a variety of different movement modalities that will challenge your body & mind, develop your deep CORE muscles, and add tone and flexibility to your hips, legs, back and arms.

Pilates will be at the root of each workout, so that you build a strong and stable body, from the inside out. Having a strong core and flexible spine will positively impact so many areas of your life!

From activities like walking, running, skiing and biking - to carrying groceries, being on your feet all day, or even sitting all day… your body will FEEL completely different when your core muscles are actively supporting you.

Result-Driven Workout Program

Each week will include 2 Pilates workouts and 1 Mobility & Stretch session for a total of 12 classes over the course of 6 weeks!

Each dynamic practice is designed to help you feel more energized, aligned, strong, balanced, flexible - and really AMAZING afterward!

Unlimited Access to Bonus Workouts

We will practice live together 3x/week, and each workout will be recorded & saved for you to watch when it suits you best. You'll be able to access all recordings for the duration of the challenge, and you'll also have access to our online video library, so you can try some other fun workouts - like Barre!

Community & On-Going Support

While this challenge is going to be fun and uplifting... it's not going to be easy! There will be days that test you... we all have them. But rest assured you won't be alone! I will be checking in with you regularly… and during live classes, other challengers will be working out with you, which is always inspiring :).

FAQs

Where is the program located?

Everything you need to successfully complete the program will be provided to you digitally. You can complete the program from anywhere with decent WiFi! This program is designed to fit into your daily life without adding any extra stress.

If I'm out of shape can I still participate?

Absolutely! This challenge is designed with all levels of fitness in mind, and will help you get moving consistently again in a way that feels great. I will also provide different options and modifications for more challenging exercises so you can take each class at your own pace. The goal is to move your body to the best of YOUR ability. We'll take it one day at a time and slowly create healthy movement patterns that will keep you feeling good long-term.

When does the program begin?

The Pilates program will officially begin on Tuesday, April 1st and will run until Friday, April 25th. If you choose to partake in the Whole Foods Program, your nutrition plan will start on Monday, March 31st. You can join anytime before that to secure your spot, but I suggest registering at least the Friday before the challenge begins so that you can prepare accordingly. I would also encourage you to take some time to set personal goals for the challenge, and of course, add the workout schedule to your calendar!

How often will I exercise each week?

The goal is to move your body for 45 minutes, 3 times a week. If you are just getting back into exercising, this should feel awesome! However, if you've been exercising consistently for a while, you may want to explore our workout library and add in 1-2 extra workouts/week.

Live classes will be held online via Zoom on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00am PST | 11:00am EST, unless you hear from me otherwise. If you cannot attend live, you can complete the workout replays that will be sent out after each class.

Do I need special equipment for the program?

Small props will be incorporated into each class to enhance the workouts and assist in challenging your stability, strength, and coordination. Props are always optional, and you can still complete each class without them. However, if you want the extra challenge, I suggest grabbing the items listed below before the challenge begins!

I would also suggest having either a wall or a chair close to your practice space that you can use if necessary, as some exercises will focus on balance, and you may require extra support.

Props we will use: Light weights/dumbbells (2-3 lbs), the loop resistance band (medium-heavy, or x-heavy if you use them often), and the Pilates squish ball (around 9 inches). You can often find these at Canadian Tire, Winners, or on Amazon.
