Our First Pilates Challenge of 2026 Has Arrived... and You're Invited!

If you feel like you need to hit the 'refresh' button on your fitness routine this month... you've come to the right place.

It can be difficult to get back into the swing of things after the holidays... and sometimes it takes a few weeks to find your rhythm again. I find it best to ease into the year, and come February, you can really start to dive back into healthier habits and routines that make you feel awesome - like Pilates!

If you've been feeling the itch to get moving again, I encourage you to join our upcoming Pilates Challenge, Fabulously Fit February! This 4-week movement program is exactly what you need to feel strong, energized, and FABULOUS again, both inside and out!

What is Fabulously Fit February?

This 4-week results-driven challenge is designed to help you implement a consistent Pilates routine into your lifestyle in a fun & sustainable way.

We'll use a variety of exercises and props to challenge your body & mind in new ways, develop deep CORE strength & stability, and improve your overall muscle tone and flexibility.

Pilates will be at the root of each workout as it is designed to build strength & stability from the inside out. Having a strong core and supple spine will positively impact so many areas of your life!

From activities like walking, running, and biking, to regular tasks like carrying groceries or putting your socks on... everything you do will feel wildly different when your core muscles are actively supporting you.

More About the Challenge:

Each pilates-powered workout is designed to boost your energy, strengthen your muscles, and improve your joint flexibility.

The classes will be challenging, but in a nourishing way that feels good, where you're not exhausted at the end of each workout. All of the exercises are low-impact, and modifications will always be offered, so you'll finish each session feeling invigorated in your body and mind, ready to take on the rest of your day.

When you join our uplifting challenge today, you'll gain access to 3 live online classes per week, the recordings of each class (in case you can't make it live), ongoing accountability from our amazing community, and unlimited support from Kerry (hi, that's me!)... All for only $97, or just 8.08/class!


To enhance your challenge, you will also have the option to add an extensive nutrition plan to your Pilates program that will super-charge your energy and results! If you choose to add the 28-Day Whole Foods Nutrition Program to your challenge, you will start your 4-week meal plan on Monday, February 2nd.

FEBRUARY PILATES CHALLENGE

Results-Driven Workout Program

Each week will include 2 Pilates workouts and 1 Mobility & Stretch class for a total of 12 classes over the course of 4 weeks. Each dynamic practice is designed to help you feel more energized, aligned, strong, balanced, flexible - and AMAZING.

Unlimited Access to Workouts

We will practice live together 3x/week, and each workout will be recorded & saved for you to watch when it suits you best. You'll be able to access all recordings for the duration of the challenge, so if you start to get a little behind, there's no need to stress!

Community & On-Going Support

This challenge is going to be fun and uplifting (of course), but it's also going to be... You guessed it... challenging! There may be days that test you, and those are the best days to look to your fellow challengers, and me, your trusty coach, for inspiration and motivation :).

FAQs

Where is the program located?

Everything you need to successfully complete the program will be provided to you digitally. You can complete the program from anywhere with decent WiFi! This program is designed to fit into your life without adding any extra stress.

If I'm out of shape, can I still participate?

Absolutely! This challenge is designed with all levels of fitness in mind, and will help you get moving again in a way that feels great. I will always provide different options and modifications for more challenging exercises, and if you let me know about any limitations you may have ahead of time, I can provide further options/variations if need be. The goal is to move your body to the best of YOUR ability. We'll take it one day at a time and slowly create healthy movement patterns that will keep you feeling great long-term.

When does the program begin?

The program will officially begin on Tuesday, February 3rd and will run until Friday, February 27th. You can join anytime before that to secure your spot. Before we begin, I encourage you to take some time to set personal goals for yourself, and of course, add the class schedule to your calendar!

How often will I exercise each week?

The goal is to move your body for 45 minutes, 3 times a week. If you are just getting back into exercising, this should feel awesome! However, if you've been exercising consistently for a while, you may want to repeat a class or two and add in 1-2 extra sessions each week.

Live classes will be held online via Zoom on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00am PST / 11:00am EST. If you cannot attend live, you can complete the workout replays that will be sent out to you via email after each class.

Do I need special equipment for the program?

Small props will be incorporated into each class to enhance the workouts and assist in challenging your stability, strength, and coordination. Props are always optional, but if you want to experience all the benefits of the challenge, I suggest grabbing the items listed below before the challenge begins!

I would also suggest having either a wall or a chair close to your practice space that you can use if necessary, as some exercises will focus on balance, and you may require a little extra support.

Props we will use: Light weights/dumbbells (2-3 lbs), the loop resistance band (medium-heavy, or x-heavy if you use them often), the long resistance band, a yoga block, and the Pilates squish ball (around 9 inches). You can often find these at Canadian Tire, Winners, or on Amazon.
